RT-3101 هو معجّل ربط متقاطع مع بنية تحتية منخفضة معدلة ومجموعات وظيفية فريدة من بنية الشبكة منخفضة الاختراق الجزيئي. هذه المجموعات الوظيفية موزعة بالتساوي ولها وظائف فريدة من نوعها. ويمكن أن تتفاعل مع المجموعات الوظيفية المتشابكة لطبقات الخَبز، والتي يمكن أن تقلل من درجة حرارة المعالجة، وتعالج بشكل أسرع وأكثر شمولية، وتحسن بشكل كبير مقاومة الماء ومقاومة الغليان لطبقة الطلاء.
